- Pat your salmon fillets dry with a paper towel and season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat for 1-2 minutes.
- Cook the salmon fillets skin-side down for 4-5 minutes until golden, then flip and cook for another 2-3 minutes.
- While the salmon cooks, whisk together mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, sriracha, honey, and lime juice in a bowl.
- Remove cooked salmon from heat, let rest for 1 minute, then drizzle with Bang Bang sauce and top with green onions.
