For the Salmon
  • 4 fillets Salmon skin-on for richer flavor
  • 2 tablespoons Olive Oil for cooking
  • 1 teaspoon Salt to taste
  • 1 teaspoon Black Pepper to taste
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika
For the Bang Bang Sauce
  • 1 cup Mayonnaise or Greek yogurt for dairy-free
  • 1/4 cup Sweet Chili Sauce
  • 2 tablespoons Sriracha adjust to taste
  • 2 tablespoons Honey
  • 1 tablespoon Lime Juice
  • 2 tablespoons Green Onions chopped, for garnish

Method
 

Cooking Instructions
  1. Pat your salmon fillets dry with a paper towel and season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika.
  2. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat for 1-2 minutes.
  3. Cook the salmon fillets skin-side down for 4-5 minutes until golden, then flip and cook for another 2-3 minutes.
  4. While the salmon cooks, whisk together mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, sriracha, honey, and lime juice in a bowl.
  5. Remove cooked salmon from heat, let rest for 1 minute, then drizzle with Bang Bang sauce and top with green onions.
