Step‑by‑Step Instructions

  2. Lightly spritz a baking sheet with cooking spray to prevent sticking.
  3. Wash and quarter the zucchini into even pieces, about 1-inch thick. In a mixing bowl, combine the zucchini, minced garlic, and olive oil. Toss until the zucchini is coated.
  4. Arrange the zucchini on the prepared baking sheet in a single layer, cut sides facing down.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 8 minutes.
  6. Carefully flip each piece of zucchini to the other cut side using tongs and roast for another 8 minutes until golden and crispy.
  7. Remove the baking sheet and sprinkle seasoned salt and dried Italian seasoning over the zucchini. Toss gently to coat and serve immediately.
