For the Toast
  • 4 slices brioche bread Regular bread can also work.
  • ¼ cup blueberries Swap for raspberries or blackberries if preferred.
  • 2 pieces strawberries Other fruits can be used as well.
For the Finishing Touch
  • 1 tablespoon powdered sugar Optional if you’re looking to cut down on sugar.

Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. In a small mixing bowl, whisk together Greek yogurt, honey, and the egg until smooth.
  2. Press down the center of each slice of brioche bread to form a well.
  3. Spoon the custard mixture into the wells of the brioche slices, then top with blueberries and strawberry slices.
  4. Preheat your air fryer to 380°F (193°C) and cook the filled brioche slices for about 10 minutes.
  5. For the oven option, preheat to 400°F (200°C) and bake for 10-15 minutes until set.
  6. Dust with powdered sugar, drizzle with honey or maple syrup, and serve immediately.
