- Cook 4 slices of bacon in a skillet over medium heat for about 5-7 minutes until crispy and golden. Remove and drain on paper towels.
- In the same skillet, scramble 4 eggs over medium-low heat for about 3-4 minutes until fluffy.
- On one half of a tortilla, layer crispy bacon, fluffy scrambled eggs, and a handful of shredded cheese. Fold over the tortilla.
- Heat a non-stick skillet, add butter or oil, and cook the quesadilla for 2-3 minutes on each side until golden brown and crispy.
- Let it rest for 1 minute on a cutting board, then slice into wedges and serve with fresh salsa.
