Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Grease a baking dish with olive oil or line with parchment paper.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine Boursin cheese, minced garlic, lemon zest, lemon juice, and half of the olive oil or melted butter. Stir until smooth.
  4. Pat the salmon fillets dry with paper towels. Drizzle remaining olive oil or melted butter, then season with salt and pepper.
  5. Place the salmon fillets skin-side down in the baking dish. Spread the Boursin mixture evenly over each fillet.
  6. Bake for 15-20 minutes until salmon flakes easily and reaches 145°F (63°C).
  7. Let the dish rest for 2 minutes before serving.
  8. Garnish with chopped parsley and serve alongside creamy mashed potatoes or quinoa salad.
