  4. Lay a warm tortilla flat, spoon a portion of the filling towards one edge, and roll tightly, tucking in sides.
  5. Place rolled taquitos seam-side down on the baking sheet, ensuring they are spaced apart.
  6. Bake for 15 minutes, flipping halfway through until crispy and golden brown.
  7. Let them cool for a minute and serve hot with dipping sauces.
