Preparation Steps
- Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C) and line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a medium bowl, combine cooked chicken, cream cheese, cheddar cheese, salsa, garlic powder, onion powder, cumin, salt, and pepper.
- Take a tortilla and scoop 2–3 tablespoons of filling onto the center, rolling it tightly and tucking in the sides.
- Brush the tops of the taquitos with cooking spray or olive oil and bake for 15–18 minutes until golden brown.
- Serve hot with sour cream, guacamole, or salsa.
