Preparation Steps
  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C) and line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.

  3. Take a tortilla and scoop 2–3 tablespoons of filling onto the center, rolling it tightly and tucking in the sides.
  4. Brush the tops of the taquitos with cooking spray or olive oil and bake for 15–18 minutes until golden brown.
  5. Serve hot with sour cream, guacamole, or salsa.
