- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a baking dish.
- Slice each croissant in half, layer smoked cheddar cheese and deli-cut ham on the bottom half, and replace the top half.
- Mix softened butter, yellow mustard, honey, and Worcestershire sauce in a bowl until smooth. Spread a layer on each croissant sandwich.
- Place croissants in the baking dish. Brush tops with egg white and sprinkle with poppy seeds if desired.
- Bake for 15-18 minutes until golden brown and cheese is melted.
- Allow to cool for a couple of minutes before serving warm.
