  • 2 tablespoons Olive Oil or avocado oil
  • 1 teaspoon Salt sea salt or kosher salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon Black Pepper fresh ground
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika can swap for smoked paprika
For the Flavor
  • 1 medium Lemon fresh slices
  • 3 cloves Garlic minced
For Garnish
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh Parsley chopped; use dried parsley if needed

Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 200°C (400°F) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Pat the mahi mahi fillets dry with a paper towel and place them on the baking sheet.
  3. In a small bowl, combine olive oil, salt, black pepper, paprika, and minced garlic to form a paste.
  4. Brush the spice mixture generously on both sides of each mahi mahi fillet.
  5. Lay fresh lemon slices on top of each seasoned fillet.
  6. Bake the mahi mahi for 12-15 minutes until golden brown and flaky.
  7. Garnish with chopped fresh parsley and serve immediately.
