- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare your baking dish with nonstick spray.
- Layer half of the cubed brioche at the bottom, scatter cream cheese, then half of the strawberries.
- Top with the remaining brioche cubes evenly.
- Whisk together eggs, milk, maple syrup, vanilla, and salt in a bowl until smooth.
- Pour the custard mixture over the layered ingredients and cover with plastic wrap.
- Refrigerate for at least 2 hours or overnight to soak.
- Let the dish sit at room temperature for 30 minutes before baking.
- Cover with aluminum foil and bake for 30 minutes, then remove foil and bake for another 25-30 minutes.
- Let it cool slightly, serve warm topped with remaining strawberries and confectioners’ sugar if desired.
