Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the chicken with the BBQ seasoning blend and marinate for 10 to 20 minutes.
  2. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the marinated chicken and cook for 3 to 4 minutes until browned.
  3. In the same skillet, add more olive oil and cooked rice, stir-fry for 2 to 3 minutes.
  4. Create a well in the rice, crack the eggs into it, and scramble for 1 to 2 minutes before mixing together.
  5. Pour in the Japanese BBQ sauce and stir, cooking for an additional 30 to 60 seconds.
  6. Return the cooked chicken to the pan, toss everything together, and cook for another minute until heated through.
