- Begin by slicing your round steak or venison thinly against the grain. Chop the small onion and bell peppers into bite-sized pieces.
- In a mixing bowl, combine soy sauce, cornstarch, sugar, garlic powder, and ground ginger to create a marinade. Pour over the sliced meat and refrigerate for 15-20 minutes.
- Prepare the glaze by mixing remaining soy sauce, sugar, garlic powder, and additional seasonings in a separate bowl.
