- Begin by lining an 8 x 6 quarter sheet pan with parchment paper.
- In a large mixing bowl, beat 1 cup of unsalted butter until it becomes smooth and creamy.
- Gradually add 3-4 cups of powdered sugar, mixing well after each addition.
- Pour in 2-3 tablespoons of blueberry flavor paste and a pinch of salt. Mix until well incorporated.
- Slowly mix in 2-4 tablespoons of whole milk until you reach a smooth consistency.
- Spread the blueberry buttercream mixture in the prepared pan and chill for 15-20 minutes.
- Remove the buttercream and cut into 1" x 1" squares.
- Melt 8 ounces of dark chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl and dip each buttercream square.
- Let the chocolates sit at room temperature until chocolate hardens.
