Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Begin by lining an 8 x 6 quarter sheet pan with parchment paper.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, beat 1 cup of unsalted butter until it becomes smooth and creamy.
  3. Gradually add 3-4 cups of powdered sugar, mixing well after each addition.
  4. Pour in 2-3 tablespoons of blueberry flavor paste and a pinch of salt. Mix until well incorporated.
  5. Slowly mix in 2-4 tablespoons of whole milk until you reach a smooth consistency.
  6. Spread the blueberry buttercream mixture in the prepared pan and chill for 15-20 minutes.
  7. Remove the buttercream and cut into 1" x 1" squares.
  8. Melt 8 ounces of dark chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl and dip each buttercream square.
