Prepare the Dough

Bake the Cookies
- Carefully place the assembled cookies on the prepared baking sheets, leaving space between them. Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the edges are lightly golden. Allow to cool for 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
Prepare the Icing
- In a medium bowl, whisk together 1 cup of powdered sugar and 1-2 tablespoons of milk until smooth. Adjust the milk for desired consistency.
Decorate and Serve
- Drizzle the icing over the cooled cookies and add sprinkles if desired. Let set before serving.
