  • 1/2 cup Buffalo Sauce adjust to taste
  • 1 tsp Garlic Powder
  • 1 tsp Onion Powder
  • 1 tsp Paprika
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 tsp Black Pepper
For the Coating
  • 1 cup Plain Flour or almond flour for gluten-free
  • 2 large Eggs beaten
  • 1 cup Breadcrumbs Panko or Regular
For Cooking
  • 2 cups Vegetable Oil or Canola Oil

Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Prepare Mozzarella by cutting fresh mozzarella cheese into one-inch cubes and setting aside.
  2. Wrap Cheese by crumbling cooked bacon into small pieces. Wrap a mozzarella cube with crumbled bacon.
  3. Mix Filling in a large mixing bowl with ground chicken, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, black pepper, and buffalo sauce.
  4. Form Bombs by taking a handful of the chicken mixture, flattening it, placing the bacon-wrapped mozzarella in the center, and rolling it into a ball shape.
  5. Coat Bombs by rolling each ball first in flour, then in eggs, and finally in breadcrumbs.
  6. Cook by heating oil in a skillet and frying the bombs for 5-6 minutes until golden brown, or bake at 400°F for 18-20 minutes.
  7. Serve warm with additional buffalo sauce drizzled on top.
