  2. Pat the black cod fillets dry and place them in a shallow dish. Pour the marinade over and refrigerate for 12 to 24 hours.
  3. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  4. Remove fish from marinade and shake off excess. Leave a thin layer of glaze on the fillets.
  5. Place marinated fillets on the baking sheet and bake for 10 to 12 minutes.
  6. Switch on the broiler and broil the fish for 1 to 2 minutes until the glaze is bubbly.
  7. Remove from oven and let rest for 2 minutes before serving.
