Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Spread mayonnaise on one side of each slice of sourdough bread.
  2. Spread Dijon mustard over the mayonnaise on one slice.
  3. Layer cheddar cheese on top of the mustard-coated slice.

  5. Layer turkey breast slices on top of the bacon.
  6. Top with the second slice of sourdough, mayonnaise side facing in.
  7. Heat a skillet over medium heat with a pat of butter.
  8. Cook the sandwich for 3-4 minutes or until golden brown.
  9. Flip and cook for another 3-4 minutes until crispy.
  10. Let it rest, slice in half, and serve immediately.
