Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Melt 2 tablespoons of butter in a skillet over medium heat. Add 2-3 cloves of minced garlic and sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
  2. Stir in 2 cups of cooked chicken, ½ teaspoon of garlic powder, 1 teaspoon of Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Cook for about 3-4 minutes until heated through.
  3. In a separate bowl, combine 4 ounces of softened cream cheese, ½ cup of sour cream, and 1 cup of shredded mozzarella or cheddar cheese. Mix until smooth.
  4. Incorporate the chicken mixture into the cheese mixture and stir well until fully coated.
  5. Lay out large tortillas, spoon generous portions of filling onto each, sprinkle with remaining cheese, and roll tightly.
  6. Grill wraps seam-side down in a medium heat pan for 2-3 minutes until golden brown. Flip and cook for another 2-3 minutes.
