Preparation Steps
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Press into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan. Bake for 10 minutes until lightly golden, and cool completely.
- Beat softened cream cheese until smooth. Gradually add granulated sugar until combined. Stir in the zest and juice from the oranges.
- Melt dark chocolate and let it cool slightly before folding into the cream cheese mixture along with the heavy whipping cream.
- Pour the filling over the crust, spread evenly, cover with plastic wrap, and refrigerate for at least 4 hours.
- Before serving, drizzle melted chocolate on top and garnish with fresh orange slices.
