Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Grease a 9x5-inch loaf pan with cooking spray or line a baking sheet with aluminum foil.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, combine ground beef, finely chopped onion, eggs, milk, and breadcrumbs. Add garlic, 1/4 cup ketchup, parsley, Worcestershire sauce, salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning. Mix gently.
  4. Transfer the meat mixture to the prepared loaf pan or baking sheet and shape it into a loaf.
  5. In a small bowl, mix together the remaining ketchup, brown sugar, white vinegar, garlic powder, and onion powder. Brush half of the glaze over the meatloaf.
  6. Place your meatloaf in the preheated oven and bake for 45 minutes. Brush the remaining glaze over the top and bake for an additional 15 to 30 minutes.
  7. Once fully cooked, remove from the oven and let it rest for 10 to 15 minutes.
