  • 8 oz Brie Cheese Opt for high-quality brie.
  • 1/2 cup Cranberry Sauce Canned or homemade.
  • 1/2 cup Flaked Almonds Substitute with chopped walnuts or pecans.
For the Garnish
  • 1 tbsp Black Sesame Seeds Omit if unavailable or use poppy seeds.

Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F) and line two baking trays with parchment paper.
  2. Cut the thawed filo pastry into 36 equal squares.
  3. Brush each filo square with melted butter and layer them.
  4. Add a slice of brie, a teaspoon of cranberry sauce, and flaked almonds to each square.
  5. Roll the pastry square around the filling and pinch the ends to seal.
  6. Arrange the rolled crackers on the baking trays and brush with remaining melted butter.
  7. Bake in the preheated oven for 15 to 20 minutes until golden brown.
  8. Garnish with fresh rosemary or chives before serving.
