- Step 1: Prepare the Turkey - Place the turkey breast-side down on a sturdy cutting board. Cut along both sides of the backbone to remove it.
- Step 2: Flatten the Turkey - Flip the turkey over and press down firmly on the breast to flatten it.
- Step 3: Make the Glaze - Combine cranberry juice, orange juice, soy sauce, honey, cinnamon, and nutmeg in a saucepan. Heat and stir until combined.
- Step 4: Roast the Turkey - Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C). Pour the glaze over the turkey and roast for 45-50 minutes.
- Step 5: Carve & Serve - Let the turkey rest for 15-20 minutes, carve into portions, drizzle with the remaining glaze, and serve.
