  • 8 oz Bowtie Pasta cook until al dente
  • 3 cups Cooked Shredded Chicken consider rotisserie chicken
  • 1 cup Crispy Bacon Bits swap with turkey bacon if desired
  • 2 cups Cheddar Cheese shredded
  • 1 cup Whole Kernel Corn well-drained
  • 1 can Rotel Tomatoes with Green Chiles
  • 1 can Diced Green Chiles optional
  • 1 cup Ranch Dressing homemade preferred
  • 1/2 cup BBQ Sauce experiment with varieties
  • 1 tablespoon Dried Minced Onions
  • 1 teaspoon Smoked Paprika regular paprika as substitute
  • 1/4 cup Fresh Parsley chopped for garnish

Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Cook the bowtie pasta in salted boiling water until al dente, about 8-10 minutes. Drain and let cool.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine cooked pasta with shredded chicken, bacon bits, corn, tomatoes, and green chiles. Mix in onions and smoked paprika.
  4. Add ranch dressing and BBQ sauce to the mixture and gently fold until combined.
  5. Grease a 9x13 inch baking dish and pour the mixture into it, spreading evenly.
  6. Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese evenly over the top.
  7. Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes until cheese is melted and golden.
  8. Let the casserole rest for about 5 minutes before serving. Garnish with fresh parsley.
