  • 1 tsp Mustard Optional, can be omitted.
For the Optional Creaminess
  • 1 cup Cheese Shredded cheddar or plant-based cheese for vegan option.

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Boil a large pot of salted water. Add the medium pasta shells and cook for about 8-10 minutes until slightly undercooked. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add ground beef, breaking it apart; sauté for 5-7 minutes until browned.
  3. Add chopped onion and minced garlic to the skillet; sauté for 2-3 minutes until onions are translucent.
  4. Pour in the creamy tomato sauce and Italian seasoning; stir well and let simmer for about 3-4 minutes.
  5. Gently fold in cooked pasta shells and stir until coated with sauce, about 2 minutes.
  6. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes over low heat. Garnish with shredded cheese or parsley if desired.
