  • 1 tablespoon Lemon Juice freshly squeezed
  • 1 clove Garlic minced
  • Cayenne Pepper optional for heat

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Combine 1 can of drained black beans, ¼ cup of tahini, 2 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil, the juice of 1 lemon, and 1 clove of minced garlic in a food processor. Add a pinch of cayenne pepper if desired.
  2. Blend until smooth and creamy, about 1-2 minutes. If too thick, add a splash of water or a few ice cubes.
  3. Taste and adjust seasoning with more lemon juice or salt if needed. Blend again briefly.
  4. Scoop the hummus into a serving bowl and drizzle with olive oil if desired. Serve with veggies or chips.
