- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Cook the jumbo pasta shells according to package instructions in salted boiling water for about 9 to 11 minutes. Drain and rinse under cold water.
- In a mixing bowl, combine shredded chicken, buffalo sauce, ricotta cheese, mozzarella cheese, softened cream cheese, and garlic powder. Mix until smooth.
- Gently fold in ranch dressing and adjust seasoning.
- Spoon the buffalo chicken mixture into each cooked pasta shell.
- Arrange filled shells in a greased baking dish.
- Cover with foil and bake for about 25 minutes.
- Remove foil during the last 10 minutes for a crispy top.
- Garnish with extra cheese and fresh herbs before serving.
