  • to taste Black Pepper
  • 1/4 cup Chopped Parsley Can substitute with basil

Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Bring a large pot of salted water to a rolling boil. Add the spaghetti and cook according to package instructions, about 8-10 minutes until al dente. Reserve half a cup of pasta water before draining.
  2. Melt 2 tablespoons of butter in a large skillet over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
  3. Lower heat to medium-low, add softened cream cheese and stir until melted. Mix in grated Parmesan until combined into a creamy sauce.
  4. Add drained spaghetti to the sauce, using tongs to toss until thoroughly coated.
  5. Season with salt and black pepper to taste. If sauce is too thick, add reserved pasta water gradually.
  6. Serve immediately, garnished with chopped parsley.
