Ingredients
  

For the Chicken
  • 2 small Chicken Breasts Cooked rotisserie chicken can be used for quicker preparation.
  • 2 tablespoons Olive Oil Can substitute with vegetable oil if preferred.
  • 1 teaspoon Poultry Seasoning Mix of salt, pepper, and garlic powder can also work well.
For the Garlic Bread
  • 1 loaf Italian-Style Bread French baguette or ciabatta can be used.
  • 4 tablespoons Unsalted Butter Olive oil is a lighter alternative.
  • 3 cloves Minced Garlic Garlic paste makes a good substitution.
  • 2 tablespoons Chopped Parsley Fresh basil can be swapped in.
  • 1 teaspoon Crushed Red Pepper Flakes Adjust for desired heat.
For the Alfredo Sauce
  • 1 cup Heavy Cream Half-and-half or whole milk mixed with flour can be used.
  • 1 cup Parmesan Cheese Pecorino Romano can be substituted.
  • 1 cup Mozzarella Cheese Provolone adds extra flavor if desired.

Method
 

Prepare the Dish
  1. Cut the chicken breasts into bite-sized pieces and toss with olive oil and poultry seasoning. Sauté in a skillet over medium heat for 5-7 minutes until cooked through.
  2. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Mix melted butter, minced garlic, parsley, and red pepper flakes in a bowl. Slice the bread in half and spread the garlic mixture on both halves. Toast in the oven for 5-10 minutes until golden.
  3. Melt a tablespoon of butter in the same skillet, add minced garlic, then pour in the cream, stirring continuously. Add Parmesan and parsley, simmer until thickened (3-5 minutes).
  4. Spread half of the Alfredo sauce on the toasted bread, add sautéed chicken, and top with mozzarella. Drizzle remaining sauce over the cheese.
  5. Bake assembled garlic bread in the oven for 5 minutes until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  6. Let it cool for a minute, slice, and serve warm, garnished with fresh parsley.
