- Stir in shredded chicken, drained black beans, frozen corn, and chicken broth. Add the seasoning blend and bring to a simmer over medium-high heat, cooking uncovered for about 15 minutes.
- Reduce heat to medium-low, add heavy cream and shredded cheese, stirring continuously until melted and creamy. Allow to come to a gentle simmer.
- Simmer for an additional 15 minutes, stirring occasionally. Stir in lime juice and season with salt and black pepper.
- Ladle the soup into bowls and garnish with chopped cilantro. Serve hot.
