Step-by-Step Instructions for Creamy Chicken Sausage Orzo
- In a large skillet, heat 2 tablespoons of olive oil over medium heat. Add 12 ounces of sliced chicken sausage and cook for 3 to 5 minutes, stirring occasionally, until browned. Remove and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add chopped onion and sauté for 2 to 3 minutes until soft. Add 2 minced garlic cloves and cook for an additional 30 seconds.
