Method
 

Step-wise Instructions
  1. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the penne pasta and cook according to package instructions until al dente, about 8-10 minutes. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large non-stick skillet, combine shredded chicken, cream cheese, and ranch seasoning over medium heat. Stir for 5-7 minutes until the cream cheese melts and forms a creamy sauce.
  3. Reduce heat to low and gently fold in the cooked penne, stirring for 3-5 minutes until the pasta is heated through and coated with the sauce.
  4. Remove from heat, serve immediately, and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese if desired.
