Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Drain the Greek yogurt for 10 to 15 minutes to achieve thicker consistency.
  2. While draining, finely mince the garlic and chop cilantro and dill.
  3. Transfer drained yogurt to a bowl, whisk for 30 seconds to 1 minute until smooth.
  4. Add garlic, lemon zest, salt, and chili flakes to the yogurt, mix, then fold in herbs and olive oil.
  5. Transfer to serving bowl, cover, and chill for at least 20-30 minutes.
  6. Before serving, drizzle extra olive oil and sprinkle with chili flakes, serve with chips or veggies.
