Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and prepare a baking dish with nonstick spray.
  2. Season chicken breasts with salt and black pepper, then sear in a hot skillet for about 5 minutes per side.
  3. Sauté chopped onion and minced garlic in the same skillet over medium heat for 3 minutes until fragrant.
  4. Mix cream of mushroom soup, chicken broth, soy sauce, paprika, and dried thyme in a bowl until well-blended.
  5. Place seared chicken in the baking dish and pour the sauce evenly over it.
  6. Cover with foil and bake for 30-35 minutes until chicken reaches 165°F (74°C).
  7. Serve the chicken over cooked rice, drizzled with the remaining sauce.
