Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a medium-sized casserole dish.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the Greek yogurt, cream cheese, minced garlic, salt, and black pepper and blend until smooth.
  3. Gently fold in the shredded chicken, spinach, drained artichoke hearts, and half of the mozzarella cheese.
  4. Pour the mixture into the greased casserole dish, spreading it evenly. Top with remaining mozzarella and grated Parmesan.
  5. Bake for 30-35 minutes until cheese is melted and golden. Watch closely in the last few minutes.
