- In a medium bowl, mix together flour, brown sugar, and cinnamon until fully combined. Melt some butter and pour it into the dry mixture, stirring until it forms a clumpy streusel texture.
- Lay out your egg roll wraps on a clean surface and spoon about 2 tablespoons of apple pie filling into the center of each wrap. Sprinkle a small amount of the prepared streusel topping over the filling.
- Brush the edges of each wrap lightly with melted butter, fold the bottom corner over the filling, bring the sides in towards the center, and roll the wrap tightly.
- Heat vegetable oil over medium heat until it reaches about 350°F (175°C). Check if it's ready by dropping in a small bit of bread—if it sizzles, it’s ready.
- Carefully place the assembled egg rolls into the hot oil in batches. Fry each egg roll for 2-3 minutes on each side until they turn golden brown.
