  • 1 teaspoon Ketchup
  • 2 teaspoons Cornstarch dissolved in water
  • 2 tablespoons Water to thin out the sauce

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Cut half a head of cauliflower into bite-sized florets, rinse, and pat dry.
  3. Whisk together two large eggs and dip each cauliflower floret, then roll in panko breadcrumbs.
  4. Arrange breaded florets on the baking sheet and bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
  5. In a saucepan, combine orange juice, sugar, vinegar, soy sauce, garlic, ginger, sriracha, and ketchup; bring to a boil.
  6. Dissolve cornstarch in water and stir into the boiling sauce; cook until thickened.
  7. Drizzle the thickened orange sauce over the baked cauliflower and garnish with chopped scallions if desired.
