Cooking Steps

  2. In a medium bowl, mix ranch seasoning, dill weed, onion powder, black pepper, salt, minced garlic, and mayonnaise until smooth.
  3. Combine Panko breadcrumbs, grated Parmesan cheese, and melted unsalted butter in a separate bowl until well mixed.
  4. Dip each chicken fillet into the ranch mixture to coat, then dredge in the Panko-parmesan mixture.
  5. Line your baking sheet with parchment paper, place coated chicken fillets spaced apart for even baking.
  6. Bake for 12-15 minutes until golden-brown and internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C) using an instant-read thermometer.
