Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine old-fashioned oats, your choice of nut butter, maple syrup, and chocolate chips.
  3. Using a tablespoon, scoop out portions of the cookie dough and place them onto the prepared baking sheet.
  4. Slide your baking sheet into the preheated oven and bake for 10-12 minutes.
  5. Remove the cookies from the oven and let them cool on the baking sheet for about 5 minutes.
