- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a small bowl, combine 1/2 cup of sugar with 2 tablespoons of cinnamon.
- Beat the cream cheese until smooth. Then add sugar, an egg, and vanilla extract.
- Spray a 9x13-inch baking pan with non-stick spray and sprinkle half of the cinnamon sugar mixture across the bottom.
- Unroll one can of crescent dough into the prepared pan.
- Spread the cream cheese filling over the crescent dough layer.
- Cover with a second layer of crescent dough.
- Sprinkle the remaining cinnamon sugar mixture on top.
- Bake for about 30 minutes until lightly golden brown.
- Allow to cool completely in the pan before slicing.
