Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Prepare a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  2. On a lightly floured surface, roll out the thawed puff pastry sheets to an even thickness of about 1/8 inch.
  3. Cut the rolled pastry into eight equal squares each roughly 4x4 inches in size.

  5. On each pastry square, place one slice of ham followed by one slice of cheese. Spread Dijon mustard on top if using.
