For the Onion Rings
  • 2 medium White Onions Peeled and sliced into 1/4-inch thick rings
  • to taste Salt Feel free to use sea salt or garlic salt
  • to taste Garlic Powder Try fresh minced garlic for a punchier kick
  • to taste Paprika Smoked paprika can elevate the flavor
For the Crispy Coating
  • 1 cup Shredded Parmesan Cheese Key ingredient for ultra-crispy texture

Method
 

Baking Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Peel and slice the white onions into 1/4-inch thick rings.
  3. Place a tablespoon of shredded parmesan on the baking sheet to create mounds.
  4. Put one onion ring on top of each cheese mound and sprinkle another tablespoon of parmesan over them.
  5. Season each ring with salt, garlic powder, and paprika to taste.
  6. Bake in the oven for 15 to 20 minutes until golden brown and crispy.
  7. Remove from the oven and cool for 10 to 15 minutes before serving.
