Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. In a medium bowl, combine raw almonds with white vinegar, cover, and let soak for 2 to 6 hours.
  2. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  3. Drain almonds and toss them with olive oil and sea salt in a large bowl.
  4. Spread the almonds on the baking sheet in a single layer and roast for about 15 to 20 minutes, stirring halfway.
  5. After roasting, toss the warm almonds with a splash of apple cider vinegar.
  6. Cool completely on the baking sheet before transferring to an airtight container.
