Method
 

Preparation Steps
  1. Wash and trim the zucchini, then grate it into a large bowl and squeeze out excess moisture using a clean towel.
  2. Mix in feta cheese, beaten egg, breadcrumbs, optional oats, parsley, garlic, oregano, salt, and pepper until combined.
  3. Shape the mixture into small balls, about the size of a golf ball, and place on a parchment-lined plate.
  4. Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F), arrange balls on a baking sheet, drizzle with olive oil, and bake for 20 minutes, flipping halfway.
  5. Let the balls cool for about 5 minutes before serving.
