  2. Transfer the beef and vegetable mixture into your crock pot, ensuring to scrape any browned bits from the skillet. Stir in 2 cans of crushed tomatoes, 2 cups of beef broth, and your chosen seasonings. Finally, add 2 cups of uncooked pasta and give everything a good stir to combine.
  3. Set your crock pot to low and let it cook for 4–6 hours or high for 2–3 hours.
  4. About 30 minutes before serving, check the consistency. If it's too thick, add more beef broth as needed.
