  • 0.5 cup Heavy Cream Substitute with half-and-half or milk for a lighter version.
  • 2 cups Baby Spinach Can swap with kale for a heartier green.

Preparation Steps
  1. Spray the inside of your slow cooker with olive oil.
  2. Layer chicken breasts in a single layer at the bottom of the slow cooker.
  3. Pour marinara sauce over chicken and sprinkle garlic powder, onion granules, Italian seasoning, paprika, and red chili flakes, followed by chicken broth.
  4. Cover and cook on LOW for about 4 hours.
  5. Remove chicken and shred using two forks, then return to slow cooker.
  6. Add tortellini, mozzarella cheese, and heavy cream, stir gently, cover, and cook on LOW for another 30 minutes.
  7. Stir in baby spinach and cook for an additional 10 minutes.
  8. Mix in grated Parmesan cheese, adjust seasoning, and serve hot.
