- Spray the inside of your slow cooker with olive oil spray to prevent sticking.
- Place the chicken breasts in a single layer at the bottom of the slow cooker.
- Combine marinara sauce, garlic powder, onion granules, Italian seasoning, paprika, red chili flakes, and chicken broth in a bowl and stir well; pour over chicken.
- Cover and set slow cooker to LOW heat; cook for approximately 4 hours.
- Shred the chicken in the slow cooker using two forks.
- Stir in cheese tortellini, mozzarella, and heavy cream until well combined.
- Cover and cook on LOW for an additional 30 minutes.
- Add baby spinach and cook for another 10 minutes until wilted.
- Stir in grated Parmesan cheese and adjust seasoning if necessary before serving.
