Preparation Steps
  1. Slice the kielbasa into 1-inch pieces, trim the ends of the green beans, and chop the onion into small pieces.
  2. Layer the sliced kielbasa evenly at the bottom of the crockpot, followed by green beans and halved baby potatoes, topped with chopped onion.
  3. Sprinkle minced garlic, garlic powder, onion powder, and smoked paprika over the ingredients, then season with salt and black pepper.
  4. Pour the chicken broth over the top, ensuring all ingredients are submerged.
  5. Cover the crockpot and set it to cook on low for 6-7 hours or high for 3-4 hours.
