Method
 

Preparation
  1. Lightly spray the inside of your 6-quart slow cooker with cooking spray.
  2. In the prepared Crockpot, combine the boneless, skinless chicken, minced garlic, cream-style sweet corn, frozen corn, black beans, diced green chiles, chili powder, smoked paprika, ground cumin, salt, black pepper, and chicken broth.
  3. Cover the slow cooker and set it to cook on high for 3 to 5 hours or low for 4 to 6 hours.
  4. Once cooked, remove the chicken and shred it, then return to the pot.
  5. Stir in the shredded cheddar cheese and cream until melted and smooth.
  6. Ladle into bowls and customize with toppings.
