Method
 

Steps

  5. Pour in the heavy cream, vanilla extract, and salt, mixing until smooth.
  6. Sift in the flour and gently fold it into the batter.

  8. Bake for 40 to 45 minutes until the top is golden and the center is slightly jiggly.
  9. Allow the cheesecake to cool to room temperature, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours.
