Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. In a medium-sized bowl, combine the pistachio tahini, your chosen sweetener, and a pinch of salt. Stir vigorously until smooth.
  2. Gently melt dark chocolate using a double boiler or microwave in short bursts, about 5 minutes until fully melted.
  3. Pour melted chocolate into molds, coating the sides with about 1/8 inch thick layer. Chill for 10 minutes to harden.
  4. Spoon the pistachio tahini filling into the hardened chocolate cups, leaving a little space at the top for sealing.
  5. Pour more melted chocolate on top to seal the cups, smoothing with a spatula. Chill for 20-30 minutes until firm.
